turns out she's more of a siren!
Her first report card highlighted that Charlotte is a people person... and also a 'strong and effective communicator.'
We've come to learn that this is daycare teacher code for vocally expressing her feelings, likes and dislikes ... aka "asserting her power with screaming" ;-)
Apparently, she "uses this scream as an attention seeking behavior [...] and enjoys the reactions that come with that noise"
